Why the Midday Break?

We don’t want families tied to the race track all day. The planned one-hour break gives racers and families time to grab something to eat, take a break, visit vendors and experience some of the other attractions happening throughout Wide Open Wisconsin before racing resumes.

No Power Wheels? No Problem.

Racers are welcome to bring their own Power Wheels, but owning a car is not required to participate.

Midwest Powerwheels will have rental cars available for $5 or $10. Each rental gets the racer two trips down the track.

Know Before You Arrive

Getting Your Car to the Track

We’re making it easy for families to get Power Wheels cars and chairs close to the race area.

Bringing Chairs?

Bring your chairs and get comfortable. If you need help getting them to the race area, one of our courtesy carts can give you a ride.

Saturday Gates

Wide Open Wisconsin opens at 9 AM Saturday, giving families time to get inside and settled before racing begins at 11 AM.

Racer Admission

Racers Get Into Wide Open Wisconsin Free

Every Power Wheels racer receives free admission to Wide Open Wisconsin.

The parent(s) or guardian(s) who bring the racer also receive free admission.

Additional family members, friends and other guests will need to purchase general admission.
