Fill out the form below to reserve your spot. After submitting your registration, send your $10 entry fee through Venmo. All proceeds will be donated to the Parker Lange Memorial Scholarship. (No Venmo? Submit the registration form first to reserve your spot, then email us at info@wideopenwi.com and we’ll arrange another payment option.)

Include the rider name and “Adults on Youth ATV” in the Venmo note.
