Sunday shootout - Grass Drags

Sunday 7:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.

Race Start Time:

Driver/Pit Crew Cost: 

First and foremost, anyone paying to get in the race venue is allowed into the entire Wide Open Wisconsin event venue.

Teams: Upon arrival you will be charged $20.00 per person to enter the "regular pit area"/race venue. What does that get you? The Driver gets one wrist band for the regular pit area and a second pit pass for the "Hot pit area". In addition, the driver is allowed their first race entry and one pit person who also is given a "Hot Pit" and "regular pit" wrist band. ANY additional persons wanting to go into the "Hot Pit" area will be required to pay an additional $5.00 each. 

Example: You pull in with four (4) people in your rig. You pay $80.00 to enter the regular pit area. You get a total of four (4) "regular pit" wrist bands, and two (2) "Hot Pit" passes and the driver gets their first entry for free. It is an additional $20.00 per race entry category. If your passengers want to hang out in the "Hot Pit" area, they pay an additional $5.00 fee. Once again, the initial entry fee gets you into the entire event venue for the day.

PAYOUTS: 

• 80% payback for all classes
• $1000 BONUS MONEY for all race classes that have three or more entries!!
• $500 King of the Drags ($250 Mod, $150 Improved, $100 Stock)

• Starting line moved back 50 to 70 feet for an even better run.
• We’ve improved the slow-down area for enhanced safety.
• We’ve rented a highway roller to smooth out the surface for a top-tier racing experience.
